Altus Insite Temporarily Offline

Dear Customer,

We will be temporarily taking Altus Insite offline on October 23 to apply security updates to the system. We anticipate that service will be restored after the weekend and will provide more information on Monday, October 26. During this time, Altus Insite will not be accessible. We understand that any disruption to service may cause inconvenience, but we believe that taking this precautionary measure is the right approach while updates are being implemented.
